We started JAYD CARE because we witnessed something that broke our hearts and ignited our mission: too many individuals receiving care that felt routine, impersonal, and disconnected. People with rich histories and beautiful spirits were being reduced to tasks on a schedule.
We knew there was a better way. Care that listens first. Care that adapts. Care that celebrates the person, not just manages their needs. We built JAYD CARE to be the solution families wish existed—a place where professionalism meets heart, and where your loved one is treated like our own.
Who We Are
This home care company was built from the ground up—by someone who has walked in the shoes of every caregiver she now leads.
Before becoming a Master prepared Registered Nurse, our founder began her healthcare journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant, working in nursing homes and home care settings. There, she learned the power of patience, the value of presence, and the deep responsibility of caring for someone when they’re at their most vulnerable. Those early experiences shaped her heart for service and laid the foundation for everything that would come next.
With over a decade of nursing experience in emergency, home health and critical care units, she saw how clinical expertise and compassion could work hand in hand. But she also recognized a gap: too many families were struggling to find consistent, quality care at home—care that truly centered the client’s needs, dignity, and well-being.
Driven by that vision, and backed by an MBA in Finance, she created a nurse-led home care agency that blends clinical excellence, financial integrity, and a servant’s heart. Our systems are as strong as our compassion—designed to ensure reliability, accountability, and peace of mind for families navigating care at home.
